If you represent an organisation, you warrant the authority to bind that entity; otherwise, you must not use the Site.
We may update the Terms at any time; continued use after the “Last Updated” date signifies acceptance of revisions.

2 • Incorporated Policies

Privacy & Cookie Notice — explains personal-data collection and use under Hong Kong’s PDPO as well as comparable GDPR/CCPA principles.
Any other notices posted on the Site (e.g., job-applicant privacy, cookie-banner wording).

3 • Eligibility, Accounts & Security

Provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials; notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
We may suspend, disable, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or harm our reputation.

4 • Tracking & Cookies

We use first-party cookies plus Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot, and similar tools.
Strictly-necessary cookies load automatically; all others load only after you provide explicit consent via our banner.

5 • Acceptable & Prohibited Uses

Permitted uses: lawful browsing, sharing links, printing pages for personal reference.
Prohibited uses include:
- unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or discriminatory conduct;

You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view the Site; no further rights are granted.

8 • Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

9 • Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeHustle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses.
Our aggregate direct liability is capped at HKD $1,000.

10 • Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeHustle, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11 • Data Protection & International Transfers

Personal data may be processed in Hong Kong or abroad; transfers from the EU/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses plus encryption and multi-factor safeguards.

12 • Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, though WeHustle may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

13 • Severability

If any clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.

14 • Assignment

You may not assign rights or obligations without our written consent; WeHustle may assign to an affiliate, successor, or acquirer without notice.
