Diane is a seasoned PR and marketing strategist with over a decade of experience building and elevating global brands. She began her career in Hong Kong and London, leading campaigns for renowned luxury names such as Michelle Ong by Carnet Jewellery, Charlotte Olympia, and Rupert Sanderson.

After spending 6 years living in London and South of France, Diane was appointed to launch the APAC office for Reuter Communications (acquired by Gusto Collective) as their first regional hire. Under her leadership, the agency quickly became a trusted partner for top-tier brands across corporate, fashion, design, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors throughout Asia.

In 2023, she founded The Golden Thread Group to meet the rising demand from startups, corporates, state-owned enterprises, and global luxury brands. The agency is dedicated to helping international companies localise their impact in Asia, while empowering Asian entrepreneurs to scale globally through clear, strategic storytelling and results-driven execution.
